Welcome to St. Cecilia Community Learning Centre!

We are thrilled to welcome you to our online home, where you can explore the vibrant aspects of our community. Located in the rural centre of Dundori, Nyandarua County (Kenya), our school, St. Cecilia Community Learning Centre, stands at an altitude of 2750 metres, surrounded by an agricultural community that serves as a vital source of food for nearby towns. Despite our remote location, we have become a symbol of change for the community thanks to the continued support of ABBA association (Switzerland) since 2019. This cooperation has allowed us to transform our infrastructure to meet the highest educational standards, following the CBC (Competence Based Curriculum) and Montessori methodologies. 

As our name reveals, we are a Community Learning Centre and therefore we serve as much more than a school. Our community is dynamic and diverse, comprising 452 scholars, including 214 boarders, a dedicated team of 39 employees, 105 students in skills development programmes and 43 construction workers. This rich ecosystem reflects our commitment to a holistic education, encompassing academic excellence, vocational skills development and lifelong learning opportunities.
