The construction of a new school complex will have a positive impact on the whole community, which is involved throughout the implementation process. The participation of teachers and students already in the preparatory phase, of the families of the students and of the whole population, generates a sense of belonging that is fundamental for the development of the school, and that will certainly have an effect also on the community.
Local architects were involved in drawing up an overall plan for the renovation of the school complex based on government regulations and taking into account the impact on the environment. The implementation of the project must take into account that the school must continue its activities, and therefore the chronogram will be prepared according to the presence of the students.
The new structure will have a library, spaces for different innovative activities, a computer room, as well as a large multipurpose hall, where to organize events open to the community. During the holiday months, computer or other courses can be offered to the population, thus creating synergies between the school and the community.
St. Cecilia construction project is enabling alumni who are undergraduate, or professionals in their respective fields to contribute with their skills to the project. This has helped the alumni involved to secure employment and majorly enhance their skills set for the employment and corporate market.
